He bent over backwards after a water test threw a wrench in my first scheduled closing date and did everything in his power to expedite all of my paperwork and processes necessary to close and finance my loan. My husband and I were referred to Premier Home Loans because of the type of loan my husband and I needed to get. Cameron promptly returned my call and asked me for my tax returns (my husband is self- employed) to get us pre-qualified for a home purchase. He noticed something out of the ordinary right away and let me know that we may need to amend our tax returns. After pre qualifying us, he gave me a very specific road map to follow, and said that even though we have some hoops to jump through, if we are willing to jump through them, he can definitely get our deal closed. We definitely had a lot of work to do, including amending our personal and business tax returns, leasing out our current property, obtaining a HELOC, and selling a car that was in our business name for the down payment. His advice was incredibly precise every step of the way. He was able to foresee and warn me about things we should and shouldn't do to protect ourselves while obtaining this loan and working through the deadlines. He worked incredibly hard to get our investor to make an exception that, had they chosen not to make, would have killed our deal and we would have lost our dream home. We can't thank Cameron enough for all of his hard work and dedication. I've been working in the mortgage industry for over 16 years and I can assure you that Cameron is a true expert.
